Join as a Travel Agent
As a travel agent, your goal is to make life easier for your clients by helping them manage their travel programs and itineraries. At BostonCoach, we’re here to help you do that — and to make your life a little easier, too.
Book rides, earn commissions
With a commission paid for each completed reservation, BostonCoach offers a boost to your revenue: flat-rate rides earn a 5% commission; longer, hourly rides earn 10%.
Use your favorite GDS or CBT
You may choose to make BostonCoach reservations through Apollo, Sabre and Worldspan. Or, if your clients prefer you to make reservations through a corporate booking tool, BostonCoach is connected to a wide variety of CBTs.
We're always here to help
And we’re always ready to answer your questions, whether it’s about a single ride or a transportation-management plan. BostonCoach’s toll-free help desk is ready to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 800-275-8356.
Join us today
You can begin receiving a commission for each ride you book with BostonCoach in just three easy steps.
Step one
Complete and sign a W-9 form (if you’re in the United States) or a W-8 form (outside the United States) and email it to us at Travel_Agent_Services@BostonCoach.com or fax it to 617-381-7665.
Step two
Choose between two account types, direct bill or credit card. As a direct-bill client, your agency enjoys these advantages: All your agents can use one account number; you’ll receive a consolidated monthly invoice; and you can make payments electronically, by U.S. mail, or via a monthly credit-card charge. If you choose a direct-bill account, complete the direct-bill application and email it to Applications@BostonCoach.com or fax it to 617-850-8911. If you choose a credit-card account, each of your client’s rides will appear separately on the client’s credit-card bill. You may apply online for a credit-card account. With either account type, a BostonCoach representative will respond to your application within two days.
Step three
Complete the form below so we can register your agency's ARC and/or IATA number.
